Duties:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
• Ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and train staff members in various roles, including food production and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar or manager role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operations, catering services, food production, and marketing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in computer systems and software likely used in a cookie store
