The Agency is in search of a visionary and accomplished Intellectual Property Partner to join one of a select few of our clients. As a Partner specializing in Intellectual Property, you will be at the forefront of innovation, protecting and managing the intellectual assets of clients, and guiding the firm's intellectual property practice. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the intellectual property department and managing IP portfolios.
• Advising clients on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Handling IP litigation and enforcement matters.
• Negotiating IP agreements, licensing, and technology transfers.
• Business development and expanding client relationships.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior IP attorneys.
• Contributing to the development of IP strategies and solutions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrated business development acumen.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• 10 years of relevant intellectual property experience.
• A portable book of business is required for Partner consideration
