Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties: - Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations - Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service - Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels - Process sales transactions using the POS system and handle cash register duties - Monitor and analyze sales trends to maximize profitability - Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Skills: - Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles - Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll management - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
