Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits - Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems - Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement - Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Upsell additional products or services to customers Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide excellent customer service - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus - Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or related products is an advantage - Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus - Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
