Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and order tracking
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts
- Sales experience or the ability to effectively sell products or services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
