ResponsibilitiesThe Behavioral health supervisor is expected to provide effective leadership in order to maximize the effectiveness of service delivery systems, engage staff and cultivate a care center culture that prioritizes humankindness and patient-centric care consistent with Dignity Health's 'way' and culture. In addition, this position provides individual and group clinical supervision to licensed clinicians, associates, and Masters level students in the Behavioral Health department. The duties will also include Quality Care oversight and education and training needs associated with the supervision of clinicians and program services counselors. Some travel between clinical care centers may be required.
