Behavioral Health Specialist Salary Range: $24.00 - $25.47 per hour

As a Behavioral Health Specialist at TPCP, you will have the chance to enhance your expertise in the following areas:
- Providing psychosocial, rehabilitative, and recovery-focused services to TPCP members.
- Facilitating connections for TPCP members with essential resources, including housing, AOD, PCP, and more.
- Offering empathetic counseling and necessary advocacy.
- Additional background in housing, counseling for children/families, and case management would be advantageous.

- High school diploma or accredited GED program completion and at least four (4) years of diverse experience in delivering direct mental health services.
- The option to substitute higher education for up to 2 years of experience.
- A valid California driver's license, along with current vehicle insurance and registration.
