Diesel Service Center, a Diesel Truck Repair firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help in the office of our Service Center. The ideal candidate must be a hardworking, self-starter that is able to work in a fast paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

• Answer phones.
• Greet and assist our walk in customers with their needs.
• Generate and receive purchase orders.
• Handle all filing and paperwork for the office.
• Order specific parts based on customer need.

Requirements

• Past administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office products
• This is a position in the office of a diesel repair shop.
