Position Summary

Position Overview:

This role will drive activities to increase the profitability and revenue growth primarily in the manufacturing sector of the company.

Qualifications:

Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting & ROI Tracking.

Duties include, but are not limited, to:

• Determine optimal pricing for new and existing products.
• Track and analyze productivity and product yield to ensure budgets are met.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue, cost, and other financial reports for leadership.
• Focus financial reporting on identifying opportunities and issues and developing action plans to close gaps.
• Establish labor targets and implement processes to ensure targets are achieved.
• Oversee revenue growth initiatives related to new category evaluation and launches, revenue optimization.
• Establish approved objectives, financial plans, budgets, and revenue forecasting that will drive profitable revenue growth.
• Forecast monthly revenues, identify, and communicate and implement growth opportunities to leaders.
• Support ad hoc analyses to provide deep insights into key business issues and trends
• Monthly reporting of profit and loss, inventory levels, AR and AP balances, and balance sheet.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to support revenue and cost management.
• Communicate financial objectives and work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Accounting to achieve objectives.
• Daily interaction with CEO, CFO, and CAO.

*This is an in-office role based in Dallas and requires visits to our meat processing facility in Mesquite.
