Pay: Annual expected earnings in excess of $125,000 with greater income potential based on Commissions and Bonus.

All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 2 paid holidays per year to Internet Sales Manager subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the communication with our internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication.
• Ensures leads are followed in a proper and timely manner.
• Audit websites to ensure functionality.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of your team sales employees, creating and maintaining a strong and effective team.
• Has a strong focus on assisting team in closing all deals.
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect sales.
• Assists individual salespeople in setting realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
• Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
• Monitors a follow-up system for vehicle purchasers.
• Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process.
• Ensures that salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain high rating in customer reviews.
