Diazcase Law is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Berwyn, IL

Receptionist (Spanish-speaking)

We are a fast-growing family-oriented firm located in Berwyn , IL who specialize in Immigration and Real Estate matters. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hard-working person to join our team. The position will be for our Full time front desk receptionist position. Salary depends on experience.

Schedule:

- Monday: 9 am- 7 pm

- Tuesday: 9 am - 6 pm

- Friday: 9 am-4 pm

- Saturday/2xmo: 9 am- 2 pm

Job requirements:

- Must speak Spanish

- Friendly and welcoming demeanor

- Multi-tasking ability

- Organized

- Excellent customer Service

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

- Basic technology skills

- Collaborative

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining the reception/welcome area tidy and clean

- Greeting, assisting, directing clients, guest, visitors to the right personnel

- Answering and routing phone calls, and emails to paralegals and attorneys

- Taking client payments and working with the building department

- Opening new files

- Organizing the firm's agenda for appointments and scheduling consultations

- Copying/Scanning files, client documents, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
