Job Summary:
The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate and timely cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be proficient in reading blueprints, and have advanced Excel skills. They should also be able to create simple architectural drawings and take off measurements from prints. The Estimator should be passionate, dedicated, and loyal to the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Create take off measurements from prints
- Create simple architectural drawings
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate estimates
- Communicate with clients to clarify project details and requirements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
