What We Offer:
- Hourly Range: $20 - $25 (based on experience)
- Full Time – 40 hrs. & weekends when needed (flexible work availability a must)

- Take photos & measurements of all projects in a timely manner
- Place measurement information within company software program
- Manage and track status of active/upcoming projects
- Complete any updates or revisions when necessary
- Communicating with the manager(s) to keep projects aligned
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for a project
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience as an Estimator, Flooring Installer, Project Manager, Construction, or similar role.
- Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check & drug test
- Must be able to properly measure all types of spaces
- Must have strong computer & math skills
- Knowledge of the flooring industry a big plus
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, & desire to exceed expectations
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem solving abilities
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management & interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, dependable, accountable, and punctual
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
- Use the response option in this job board
