Duties:
* Answers a high volume of calls, screens calls, schedules appointments.
* Heavy customer service.

* Route monitoring and communicating with delivery teams throughout the day.
* Reporting daily metrics using Excel.
* Maintains historical records by tracking information.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with a high-volume of calls, Excellent Computer and Data Entry Skills, Comfortable communicating with client, delivery teams and internal staff, Thoroughness, Organization, Attention to Detail, Decision Making, Dependable, Team Player, Results Driven, Experience with MS Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
Schedule : First and second shift; rotating weekend coverage required. 

Hourly Rate : $18-$20/hour DOE bonus potential. This is an in-office position.
