Description

DGA Security, a national fire and security industry leader, has an immediate opening for a highly qualified Service Sales Representative in our Midtown Manhattan office.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Call on new and existing customers to promote, quote, and sell our full offerings of fire alarm services
  • Maintain leads, quotes, and closed business in our Salesforce platform
  • Coordinate with our?Service Department for work that needs to be scheduled once sold

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 years of proven sales experience or 3-5 years of proven sales experience if Bachelor’s degree is not fulfilled
  • Previous service agreement sales, fire alarm experience, and/or Business to Business sales are a plus
  • Superior negotiation and closing skills by gaining the trust of a client/prospect through honest interaction and providing answers to their questions
  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship building
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills are required
