Job Overview: Fognigma is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for a proactive individual with a passion for technology and a knack for building relationships. As a Junior Business Development Representative, you will support our sales and marketing efforts by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
• Assist in the development and execution of outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
• Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, presentations, and demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
• Stay up-to-date with Fognigma’s products, services, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Build and manage multiple business pipelines.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
• Conducting trade shows in the government space
• Engage with marketing partners, company executives as well as technical talent to advance development and sales.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
