- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to accurately answer customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and their needs are met
- Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the company database
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
$1100 - $1560 /week
