Primary Job Function: A Customer Service Representative will work directly with customers to process orders.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

· Download EDI/Order Entry: Analyze Validation Report, address any revision changes, price discrepancies, obsolete parts, new parts, orders received with little or no lead-time, etc.

· Manual entry of Customer Orders (keyboard accuracy is a must)

· Manage Customer Portals

· Contact Customers on any orders received within our standard lead-time. Negotiate new due dates, if possible. Work with Master Schedule and Plant Manager on any short lead-time orders.

· Complies with all safety and environmental regulations, and works to create and promote a safe working environment.

· Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications (Preferred):

Specific Experience: 3 years’ experience in Customer Service

Formal Education: High School Diploma

Skills: Effective written/oral communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to be flexible in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
