Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times
- 60 phone calls per day
- Minor office duties, ex; Filing.
- May Schedule service calls Via Service Titan
- Handle web chats, social media, questions asked or appointments set on company website
- Part of the office team to put customer service first and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
TO JOIN OUR TEAM YOU MUST HAVE: Ability and willingness to take the initiative
- At least 2 years experience as an over-the-phone customer service representative
- Preferred experience using Service Titan or other web-based scheduling software
- Microsoft experience in Word, Excel and Power Point
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Willingness to learn new things
- Take initiative to organize the office to ensure efficiently
- Must pass a background check
- Have reliable transportation
