Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper for an over 55 community with 580 units. The ideal candidate should have experience in all aspects of accounting, including cash receipts, accounts payable, in house payroll, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, corporate and payroll tax filings, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. This position also requires interactions with our Homeowners and and our HOA Board, therefore great customer service skills are required. Retirees are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting practices and procedures
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of corporate accounting practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
