**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.

**Duties:**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention

- Identify new business opportunities and lead generation strategies

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to develop effective sales strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Provide leadership in driving sales initiatives and achieving targets

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of technology/ construction sales and solutions

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Experience in staffing sales is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
