Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of call center representatives
- Monitor and evaluate call center performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations
- Analyze call center data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a call center environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish language skills is a must
- Strong analytical skills to analyze call center data and make data-driven decisions
