MEDICAL ASSISTANT RECEPTIONIST

**TRAVEL TO SATELLITE LOCATION REQUIRED**

Full-Time - Prefer candidates to be either Certified in Medical Assisting or to have at least one year Medical Office Reception experience.

Requirement: MUST be willing to travel to Satellite location in Marion every Friday and every other Monday.

The candidate must be hardworking, willing to learn, willing to show up everyday on time and work your scheduled shift. Demonstrate an enthusiastic work ethic with a passion to serve patients.

• Medical Assistant with front office experience .
• Willing to greet patients with a smile regardless of how your personal day is going.
• Must be proficient with computers.
• Familiar with insurances, copay's and cash management.
• Must be a quick learner; the ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Answer phones, check-in and out patients, as well as schedule appointments.
• Responsible for in bound referral management and out bound thank you letters.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining waiting room and patient bathroom.
• Experience with EMA (electronic medical record) preferred- but not required.
• Approximately 36 hrs
• Pay is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
