Dermatology Associates of Concord has served our area and surrounding towns for over thirty-five years. With offices in Concord, Waltham and Cambridge, we provide complete skin care for all aspects of medical and surgical Dermatology for all age groups. We are looking for a full time team member for our Concord location.

The Receptionist will provide support with the daily activities of a busy, fast paced Dermatology office. Duties include telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, greeting and directing patients, patient registration, check in and check out, proficiency with HIPAA rules, confidentiality, and coordinating patient referrals to other physicians and insurance companies. Triage phone calls and patients for appropriate response or care. Collect co-pays, deductibles, past due balances, and reconcile daily cash collections and deposits. Require proficiency in typing, data entry, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and team player. Experience with Electronic Medical Records is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact professionally with patients, family, staff, and physicians. 40 hours. Benefits are available after a 90 day probationary period. Hourly wage will depend on experience. Hours are 830am-5pm. Resumes are only accepted via email.
