Senior Project Manager

This role is part of our Brand and Advertising team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol.com and Philips to name a few.

JOB PURPOSE

For our Project Management team, we are looking for a Project Manager who knows what it is like to manage clients and creative teams at a high level. Do you get a thrill from delivering complex projects on time and on budget? Then we might be looking for you!

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our major accounts and teams on a daily basis, overseeing diverse projects from start to finish. You are able to combine the best working methods for our creative teams with the client's timeline, creating a feasible workflow. Your knowledge and interest in the creative industry and its processes give you an opinion that is respected and appreciated by both the customer and the internal teams. Your assertiveness ensures that any deviations in the planning and budget are addressed, solved, and communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a plan of approach and budget based on the client's brief.
• Manage projects from A-Z, including day-to-day contact with clients.
• Independently manage stakeholders when discussing feedback or obstacles in the process.
• Establish a schedule, monitor the process, and deliver projects on time. With short deadlines, you remain calm and approach the work with a "can do" attitude.
• Track time and budgets. You are able to forecast, flag, and take action when it comes to project and client financials.
• Your team sees you as their anchor in stressful times.
• You thrive on working closely with your team to find solutions for the customer and determine the right approach to their questions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Extensive work experience as a Project Manager in an agency.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Familiarity with the different departments within an agency and how they work together.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues when needed.
• Willingness to quickly adapt and learn new skills if required for a project.
• Natural ability to maintain an overview and prioritize tasks effectively.
