The Maintenance Specialist will perform routine mechanical equipment and utilities maintenance, minor construction and demolition services, plumbing, structural and electrical repairs, and emergency repairs as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Perform general maintenance functions for electrical systems
• Perform general maintenance functions for plumbing systems
• Perform general maintenance functions for HVAC systems
• Perform general maintenance functions for temporary facilities, buildings, and tented structures to include carpentry or similar repairs
• Install all above systems under guidance of licensed or trained supervisors
• Operate site equipment to include but not limited to work carts and yard maintenance equipment. (Training will be provided)
• Repair company equipment as needed to maintain serviceable condition
• Coordinate service calls when required
• Perform basic computer data entry for equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Knowledge of common tools, parts and mechanical materials is a plus
• Read and interpret Owners Manuals, equipment schematics and work orders
• General knowledge of safe working practices
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a maintenance position, to include some of the following:
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Welding
• Carpentry
• HVAC
• Tasks vary daily and some heavy lifting is required
• Any trade school certification is desired
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
