```Duties:```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and ensure efficient operations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory.

```Qualifications:```
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
- Strong welding and fabrication skills to perform repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate projects.
- Experience working with logic controllers and interpreting schematics.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
