Responsibilities:

• Drive daily operations and spearhead program development
• Tackle operational challenges with creativity and agility
• Foster a positive work environment by resolving grievances
• Evaluate and enhance current plans and initiatives
• Champion company policies and ensure compliance through employee training
• Lead as Emergency Incident Commander during critical events

Requirements:

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience; 5-10 years preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and emergency operations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and cooperation
• Experience in staff development and performance management
• Must obtain federal Tier 2 Security Clearance and Texas State Child Abuse/Neglect database check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S
