Dental Care at Quail Hollow is Hiring a Dental Front Office - 87553 Near Wesley, FL

Dental Care at Quail Hollow is seeking an Experienced Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our patient-focused team and provide top-notch care to our patients and the community! We are looking for the perfect person to provide a spectacular “first impression” of our office and make a meaningful connection with our patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the start. The ideal candidate for this position would have prior Dental Front Office experience but we are willing to train candidates that are open, flexible, and positive, and willing to learn as they go!

Monday - Thursday hours

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones, patient communication, scheduling appointments, patient records.
  • Communication with insurance companies
  • Collecting payments from patients
  • Treatment Planning & Financial Arrangements with patients

Job Requirements:

  • Prior Dental Front Office Experience Required
  • Dentrix Experience Preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Friendly, positive demeanor with patients and team members

Location: 28385 Florida 54, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
