Join our dynamic private dental office as we seek a vibrant Dental Front Office Coordinator who is passionate about revolutionizing the dental experience. Our ultimate goal is to bring laughter and smiles to every patient during their visit.

Qualifications for the position include:

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in dental front office operations

· Comfort and proficiency in discussing financial matters

· A commitment to creating a superior dental experience for our patients

· The ability to articulate the value of dentistry

· Experience in verifying and billing insurance, with a preference for familiarity with Open Dental

· Impeccable phone and interpersonal communication skills

· Comfort in discussing financials and handling payment collections

Located in Wesley Chapel, our private dental office offers a competitive base pay, enticing bonus incentives, and a range of benefits. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $20.00 per hour.
