Accounts Payable Clerk Responsiblities:
- Process Invoices - Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment.
- Check requests - Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis.
- Vendor Accounts - Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures. Process online pyaments for various vendors. Research and resolve all vendor inquiries.
- Credit Card - Audit and process monthly credit cards for payment.
- Outstanding Invoices - Review all statements and research outstanding invoices.
- Utility Accounts - Set up utility accounts as needed.
- 1099's & W-9's - Prepare annual 1099's and maintain vendor W-9's as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Lightspeed software experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
