Taco Bell of Alaska is looking for an Administrative Assistant!

Denali Foods, Inc is looking for a self motivated, reliable office assistant. Potential applicant will need to be a quick learner, an efficient worker, and be able to work in a team. Wage DOE. Excellent benefits available including health insurance options, 401K, Paid Time Off, access to DailyPay.

Essential Duties/Qualifications and Responsibilities include the following:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Experience with a 10-key calculator
• Basic knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, etc.
• Experience with general office procedures such as filing, scanning, organizing, and copying
• Proficient with typing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Run miscellaneous errands
• Capable of lifting approximately 40 pounds and climbing a small step ladder
• Count inventory
• Other duties as assigned

You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a background check. This position requires the applicant adhere to a regular schedule, 40 hours per week, M-F, 7:30 to 4:30. Some overtime may be necessary.
