We have an opening for you to become the firm's newest Personal Injury Associate Attorney! While not required, we would prefer that you are fluent in both English and Spanish.

You must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be in good standing with the Florida Bar with no prior or pending disciplinary actions for past conduct or malpractice history. Additionally, you must have at least 1 year of experience practicing law - preferably handling personal injury cases or as a State Prosecutor or State Public Defender. We are willing to mentor and train, however, you must be extremely driven and coachable!

In this position you will work alongside our seasoned attorneys and will be expected to handle all aspect of a case ranging from pre-suit through litigation and trial. You will be given responsibility of a large case load which will require you to be hungry, self-motivated, articulate, and energetic!

Such responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service-based client contact
• Providing legal advice to clients and guidance to legal support staff
• Covering PIP statements (recorded and non-recorded)
• Attending Examinations Under Oath and Compulsory Medical Examinations
• All other aspects of pre-suit case management including negotiating settlements with insurance carriers
• Drafting and filing CRN's, pleadings, written discovery, and motions
• Attending hearings and arguing filed motions
• Taking and defending discovery and trial depositions
• Preparing for and attending mediation
• All aspects of trial prep
• Trial (if necessary)

We are willing to offer a competitive salary based upon experience along with a very generous performance-based incentive package.
