Boca Raton's premier Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for two Associate Attorneys to join their team. The right candidate for our team should be be results driven and client centered. We are looking for an attorney who truly care about obtaining the best possible outcome for each client's unique situation in the fastest time possible.

Our Associates will have mentorship from Senior Attorneys, with the goal of leading their own legal team. The Firm has an employee centric atmosphere that believes in supporting their team of legal professionals, so the teams can stay focused on the clients.

Experience Required:

2 years Plaintiff Personal Injury

Solid pre-suit case management, from intake through disbursement

Ability to think strategically, and outside the box.

Negotiating with Adjusters to maximize settlements

Qualifications:

FL Bar license in good standing

Strong communication skills

Strong work ethic and self-motivated

Organized and meticulous with details

Ability to inspire others to achieve goals

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Computer savvy and comfort in a digital environment

Spanish a huge plus, but not required
