JobDescription :

I amlooking for a Procurement Specialist for our direct client withstrong technology procurement experience and strong Contractnegotiation and communication skills.

This person will lead and manage critical globalstrategic sourcing and procurement projects within the BusinessServices spend category.

TopSkillsets / Experience :

  • Strong experience with actual contracting (Redlinereview) and negotiations
  • Experience inTechnology Procurement
  • Professionalservices

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Supply ChainManagement or Finance and 7 or more years experience
  • MBA or other advanced degree and a professionalProcurement / Supply Chain Management designation (e.g. CSCP CPM)are a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical sourcingnegotiation and communication skills.
  • Technically adept with basic application software;proficient in MS Office Suites with advanced Excelskills
  • Experience with ERP system / Peoplesoftand Source to Pay (Coupa)
  • Experience with RFxand contract negotiations

Responsibilities :

  • Implement strategies / projects for reducingsupply cost in collaboration with and under the direction of theProcurement lead
  • Develop category expertiseby conducting Supply Market Analysis benchmarking and solicitingfeedback from key stakeholders.
  • Assist thesourcing contracting implementation and ongoing category managementof various cost reduction initiatives by following the policiesprocedures guidelines and processes.
  • Provideupdates to and solicit feedback from key internal stakeholders andendusers to understand internal business requirements and gainbuyin to ensure compliance and management support of StrategicSourcing
  • Leads and manages RFx (e.g. Requestfor Proposal Request for Information Request for Quote) processincluding project management development of RFx negotiations andaward process.

Service LevelAgreements Statements of Work etc. leading and facilitating allaspects of contract negotiations across multiple Risk ControlFunctions (e.

g. Legal Privacy Risk) and ongoing contractadministration.
