Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding matters
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is a must
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
