Job Summary:
Leads the ongoing business and technical requirements of the Human Resources department by evaluating and recommending human resources information system solutions and functionality, developing alternatives, performing testing, and overseeing the implementation of new system functions.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
Requirements:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field and eight years of experience in human resources working with human resources information systems and three years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience within multiple disciplines (HCM, Time, Benefits, Performance Management Absence, and Compensation) required. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires strong technological, analytical, and communication skills; advanced knowledge of human resources information systems and a general knowledge of all other human resources functional areas; experience in data flow analysis and leading projects; knowledge of technical environments including languages and databases; self-starter, with the ability to identify, analyze, recommend, implement/execute, and support functional areas; the ability to work independently with high initiative; the ability to think and plan strategically; the ability to handle multiple assignments with competing deadlines; and the ability to resolve complex problems using independent judgment.
