Position Description : Delta College of Arts & Technology is seeking a highly customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for our Baton Rouge Campus.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Performs general administrative duties - incoming calls on a multi-line, typing, data entry, reporting, and filing.
• Ensures proper sign-in & security procedures.
• Handles special administrative projects such as conference preparation.

Work Experience :

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must possess excellent organizational & communication skills (verbal and written).
• Clerical / Front Desk experience preferred.
• Good computer skills - Microsoft Office experience preferred.

• Pleasant personality and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
