Delos is looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team developing next generation IoT solutions for healthier buildings. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases.
• Develop, test, and maintain cloud infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and availability.
• Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack - hardware, software, application, and network.
• Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development and deployment processes.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Knowledge of version control systems (such as Git), CI/CD tools, and configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with infrastructure automation and management tools.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and container orchestration.
• Collaborative approach to product development, able to work well with cross-functional hardware and software teams
