Techtrust is Hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer Near New York, NY
Techtrust is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who specializes in Kubernetes and Docker. This opportunity is full-time, in-office, and in the finance sector. Prior finance/fintech domain experience is highly preferred, but not required.

Required Skills:
- Around 5-10 years of direct production experience in a DevOps role with a degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure GCP, AWS, and/or Azure-based solutions to meet clients' requirements
- Communicate technical projects to non-technical, cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience building and deploying Microservices
- 3 years of direct experience with observability tools like Datadog, Elasticsearch, and Grafana Labs, etc
- 3 years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes in a Cloud environment (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- 2 years of experience with Infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Experience with messaging services like Kafka or Azure Event Hubs
- Experience with Datadog or similar modern observability tools
- Deep understanding of cloud-native applications, distributed computing, CI/CD implementation, and observability tools and practices
- Experience with CircleCI, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc
Preferred Skills:
- Deep experience in agile engineering practices and follow current technology and architectural trends
- Prior experience collaborating in a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think outside the box and wear multiple hats
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends
