Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Provide software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Provide support for all phases of the software development lifecycle utilizing Software Development Life Cycle methodologies for project implementation, including preparation, business blue printing, realization, go-live, and post go-live support. Utilize major software platforms and create custom coding artifacts using various programming languages. Build, deploy and maintain customized tools or software to modernize legacy application architecture. Evaluate technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation; identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Research user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams.

• 15% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

• Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Marketing Cloud;
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, and pseudo code, utilizing Figma, Jama, and Unified Modeling Language (UML);
• Conducting unit testing of web services and web applications using Postman, Simple Object Access Protocol User Interface (SoapUI), IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, and Microsoft (MS) Visual Studio Code (VS Code);
• Developing domain classes and database access methods using SQL Developer and MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS);
• Creating web applications using Java, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), AEM, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL to provide service and data to users;
• Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visualizations of data trends, and data models by utilizing Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Tableau in order to support business and functional requirements within the Marketing and Commerce industries;
• Creating technical design and unit test case documents to track test cases and issues utilizing Lucidchart, MS PowerPoint, and VS Code; and
• Designing and developing applications using Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, MS VS Code, SQL Developer, AEM Workbench, and AEM Designer CRXDE Lite to meet functional needs for software applications.
