Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Provide software design and development services to help companies address Supply Chain business processes and other business needs, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, and testing to deployment, as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation for transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network and operational capabilities. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities for Supply Chain network optimization, including baseline and optimized scenario modeling, center of gravity analysis, sequential objective optimization, landed cost analysis, scenario comparative assessment, and sensitivity analysis. Design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementations that bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions.

  • 15% Travel required nationally.
  • Telecommuting permitted.
  • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Enovia, 3DExperience, CATIA, Siemens NX, AutoCAD, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) Integration, and PLM Data Migration to perform software design and development;
  • Researching user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing JAVA, RESTful API, Java Program Objects (JPO), Matrix Query Language (MQL), Tcl scripting language, Command Line Argument, Java Script, and Unix or Linux;
  • Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and developing prototypes, testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation, using Product Lifecycle Management, ERP, Oracle, Agile Methodology, Jenkins, GIT, Eclipse, and Maven;
  • Building, prioritizing and working with global teams to implement user stories and implementing roadmaps using Microsoft (MS) Visio, Jira, SCRUM, Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), GIT, Test Case Execution, and Functional Validation;
  • Developing current and ideal future state process flows for supply chain process improvement initiatives using Engineering Central, Program Central, Manufacturing Bill of material, Library, Variant Configuration Central (VCC), Intellectual Property and Export Control (IP&EC), Planning Bill Of Material (PLBOM), and Supplier Collaboration of Enovia;
  • Building supply chain process models to support decision-making in supply chain planning modules from demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning to optimization using SAP based PowerMAX, Oracle based Alpha ERP, Primavera P6, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), CATIA V6, AutoCAD, Identity Manager (IDM), and Trade Control Tool (TCT);
  • Creating technical and functional specifications, including navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Business Process Mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, Build Management, MS Visio, Confluence, Microsoft word, XCAD Integration, and Azure; and
  • Identifying key metrics and authoring dashboards and reports to improve supply chain efficiency using Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2), 3D Dashboard, 3D Space CAS & Non-Cas, 3D Space Index, Federated, Secure Shell File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), Microservices, and Upgrades.
