We focus on providing a manageable work load and a supportive management team to help our floor staff be successful.

New Graduates are Welcome! All new RN's receive a $6000 sign-on bonus addition $2,000 for Night Nurses.

Regisgtered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians

• Assisting physicians and registered nurses with procedures and examinations

• Monitoring and recording vital signs of patients

• Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans

• Ensuring compliance with infection control policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Demonstrated ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations with calmness and professionalism

• 3x12 scheduling and rotating weekends.
