We focus on providing a manageable work load and a supportive management team to help our floor staff be successful.

Regisgtered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

· Administering medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians

· Assisting physicians and registered nurses with procedures and examinations

· Monitoring and recording vital signs of patients

· Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

· Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans

· Ensuring compliance with infection control policies and procedures

Requirements

· Valid RN license in the state of Ohio

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

· Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

· Demonstrated ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations with calmness and professionalism

· 3x12 scheduling and rotating weekends.

· Have a caring and compassionate mindset
