- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job description.
- Must Be STNA certified.
- Responsible for STNA and Nurse schedules
- Track attendance and report absences to HR
- Track PPD daily
- Responsible for getting replacement when needed for floor
Experience:
- Experience in LTC facilities/LTC staff scheduling.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software, such as Point Click Care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing staff schedules accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with staff
