Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurants. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and increase profitability
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Oversee food production and catering services to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost management
- Train and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Experience:
- Strong background in food production, shift management, supervising, leadership, inventory control, and customer service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff members, and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management principles
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
