Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
• Manage project budgets and expenses, including cost estimation and tracking
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, negotiate contracts, write contracts and obtain needed permits
• Work directly with the Director of Construction to manage the projects
• Coordinating materials and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Responsible for staying within the established budgets and timelines. This includes equipment, labor, materials, site preparation, subcontractor costs and other related costs. Create change orders for approval as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor
• 5 years of Commercial Construction experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprint
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Superior communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
