Estimating
Print Drawings, Reports, Supporting Documents Evaluate drawing packet for completeness Separate drawings from supporting documents Print Specs (Check with Estimator first)
Put Owner ITB Documents in binder under tab 1 Sample contracts, riders, instruction to bidders Create binder
Make binder cover and spine labels
Assemble supporting bid documents into binder Organize drawings with Estimator
Make Blueprint rack title and attach it to carrier in bid rack Create drawing list
Daily Monitor acceptance and declines in Building Connected/Planhub Estimating Calendar
Filing as needed
Plotter – Notify of supplies or maintenance, as needed
Subcontractors
Maintain database
Find & solicit when needed
Ensure downloaded drawings are accepted Advise when due date is approaching Enter notes for all communications
Log the proposal in Building Connected/Planhub, and project file (S Drive) as received Subcontractor Pre-qualification
Bidding Close Outs
Maintaining projects in Building Connected/Planhub, and project file (Server) Move to dead bids, if not awarded
Box up documentation from filing
Administrative
Administrative Assistant Back up (Change orders, waiver requests, filing, etc.) Phone back up
Break room maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,641.78 - $50,149.24 per year
