Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and prior experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within a designated district. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring profitability across all stores. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, business development, and supervisory skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, such as food cost, labor, profit loss, sales trends, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company and state health deparment policies and procedures
- Collaborate with store managers to develop action plans for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
- Identify business development opportunities and establish partnerships to drive growth
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Experience:
- Proven experience as a prior District Manager with multi units
- Strong track record in sales, business development, and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Proficient in project management techniques and tools
- Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
