POSITION OVERVIEW

DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Program Manager to lead a small team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Support Agency (CISA)'s Infrastructure Security Division (ISD). ISD Workforce Services provides daily operations services that ensure that ISD employees have access to centralized customer services and resources and advocates for many day-to-day workforce needs; training requests and approvals are processed accurately and adhere to DHS/CISA guidelines and policies; required and offered training is properly communicated and tracked; and ISD supervisors and employees have the guidance and resources to meet performance management requirements. Workforce Services also manages key programs and supports others-such as ISD awards and recognition programs, and other priority programs, as directed by ISD. Finally, Workforce Services acts as a critical liaison and support between the CISA Human Capital Service Team and ISD sub-divisions to ensure employment- and benefits-related actions or processes are coordinated, tracked, and fulfilled.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the development of contractor staff and their alignment with the government's requirements at the task order level.
• Provides and ensures quality and timely services and delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions.
• Serves as point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO).
• Performs day-to-day management of contract execution, possibly involving multiple personnel groups at multiple locations.
• Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports demonstrating task order progress, delegates responsibilities to subordinates, and oversees successful contract/task order completion.
• Maintains effective client interface with the COR.
• Motivates contractor staff and ensures contractor staff are adequately trained and fully understand the work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree
• 10 years of experience managing task orders of a team of 10 or more
• PMP Certification
• Experience supporting CISA
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability
